I graduated in December of 2018 from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition as a certified health coach. I work with clients to bring about greater awareness to their health concerns, collaboratively set attainable goals, and support/bring accountability to create real, lasting changes in their lives.

What does it look like to work with me?

  1. First, we will have a free consultation over the phone to review your health history and determine if we will be a good fit/successful partnership.

  2. We will have in-person, video sessions, or calls twice a month. During these sessions, I will work with you to develop a personalized plan that addresses your overall goals because there is no β€œone size fits all” approach when it comes to our health. Options include:

    • 2 Month Program - includes 4 sessions ($260)

    • 3 Month Program - includes 6 sessions ($380)

    * option to extend program after sessions are completed (each extra month is $135)

  3. I will do work behind the scenes on my end (with email check-ins between sessions, sending recipes, and useful reading/information), and you will put in the work on your end to intentionally set about accomplishing the 1-3 reachable goals we set together each week.
