She helped me to set reasonable goals that allowed me to limit my sugar intake and get creative with vegetarian recipes (I had been a meat eater but during pregnancy was not able to eat meat anymore!). With her help, I was able to maintain a very well balanced diet during pregnancy. And, post partum, she has been amazing too. With limited time now that I have a newborn to care for, she has helped me to come up with simple snack and meal ideas that are easy to prep and provide balance in my diet.
